I have a lovely ground floor 1 bedroom flat in the Eastern region of England. Located roughly about 10mins drive away from Bedford Town center, 5mins from the supermarket and 3mins away from the M1. It is situated in a very quiet area, where throughout the day you can hear the birds chirping. The flat has a large bedroom with built in wardrobe, a large size lounge area, a bathroom (with shower), kitchen and lots of storage space (external storage too). There is also a communal garden and you have your very own parking space. There is a local fish & chips, newsagent, cafe, pharmacy and a bus stop just at the top of the road. I've lived in this town all my life so is bitter sweet to leave but I have to relocate due to work requirements. I am looking for a swap within the Kent areas: Folkestone, Ashford, Canterbury, Deal, Margate, Elham, Sandwich & Faversham. I'm open to 1/2 rooms and either house, flat or maisonette.
