I have a large 3 bed flat with balcony overlooking Leeds City Centre which is only a 5 mins walk from City Bus Station. Recently modernised kitchen, all rooms neutral decor, light and plenty of storage space, large hallway, intercom. Small estate, very private and safe, parking permits for residents, nice, pleasant communal gardens. I am under-occupying, recently retired and looking to find either 1 or 2 bed property, either a flat or house, (possibly somewhere that allowed a small dog - but this isn't essential)-somewhere along the Lancashire coastline, near the sea is where I'm fancying (but not Blackpool). It needs to be decent area, not in the middle of a housing estate, hopefully with some outside private, space - either a balcony or small garden. I will download proper photos when I have tidied round etc. to show all the rooms - but this is the only one I had handy at the time of placing the ad. Thanks.
