1-2 bed basement in house own entrance

Hi I have a 1/2 bed property basement in house own entrance own garden in street property house reason I say 1/2 is council class as 1 but was a giant hall I converted into another bedroom is being used as a room for my child lucky with good neighbours same flow floor threw out mag walls threw out so would be no urgent decorating to do garden and front nicely done all nice perfect I love it but want to move to southern on sea must be 2 bed house own entrance and own garden as like I said my homes perfect Highbury Islington ! Only reason I?m moving is secondary schools here for my child are terrible doing it for her I only want what I stated so no time wasters please
