I have a beautiful spacious 2 bedroom flat with good size balcony (south facing), plenty of storage space inside - plus a secure storage unit downstairs. There is a private car park for residents, permit only which is included. Large kitchen/diner 2 double bedrooms all newly decorated with beige carpet throughout. Located in a quiet area of lewes with friendly neighbors. A 2 min walk to park/field in a dog friendly area. 2 min walk to local primary school Southover. Also a local shop. It is a 7 min walk to the train station with connections straight to London, Brighton and Eastbourne. Lewes Town centre is a 10 min walk. Unfortunately we have out grown our flat and looking for a lovely family home to bring our children up. I am looking for a 3 bedroom house in Eastsussex, I'm open to any areas.
