2 bedroom flat

Hi everyone. I have a 2 bed flat on the 10th floor in BS13. I'm looking for 2 bed HOUSE only Or bottom floor flat with Garden. Most areas considered but would prefer North Bristol. The rent is 450£ the bills are very low especially the heating as all the heat comes up during the winter from the floors underneath. The laundry is included in the rent but there is space in the flat for it. We have 2 very large lifts and private parking with CCTV. Also a large communal garden. Pets aloud in my flat also,however this is a smoke and pet free flat. I would consider paying extra money ,or pay for the moving process, if its a serious swap !!! There are many shops in 10 minutes walking distance like Morrisons, Lidl,Aldi,Imperial Park,B&M ,B&Q,Range. The school is just 2 minutes by walk. Nursery also. My view is beautiful from my LARGE balcony, and the best to live on the 10th floor as there is no noise from above flats.???? 2 of my neighbours are almost never home so I would say its very quiet. Anybody who would like to come closer to their family in South Bristol or just would like to down size,or not bothered to work on their garden or know eldery people would like a cosy an ld peaceful flat please feel free to contact me.
