Hi! I'm looking for a 3 bedroom house, as we're severly overcrowded in 1 bedroom. Our flat has a spacious living room (we currently have our large sofa and TV stand plus a wardrobe and our king sized bed in the living room - that speaks for how spacious it is :) ) The bedroom is just as spacious and more than enough for a single person or a couple. Decent sized sperate kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Bathroom with bathtub also a decent size. Parking downstairs for as many cars as you like. One huge park right in front of the flat and another beautiful park (Barra Hall Park) within walking distance. Bus stops and shops within walking distance. Neighbours are very very friendly and quiet. Pets are allowed. Our flat is on the first floor. There is only ground floor and first floor, nothing above first floor.
