1 bedroom URGENTLY seeking a 2 Bedroom Swap!

Need to UPSIZE to a 2 bedroom! but would consider a 3 bedroom. My flat is large, bright and warm and over the last 16 years I have replaced the flooring (real wood laminate), re-plastered walls, re-fitted the kitchen and added fitted wardrobes in the bedroom (1 x double hanging, 1 x full hanging, 1 x 4 draws with TV inbuilt and 1 x Shelves). The Living room can accommodate 2 x three seater sofas which still leaves plenty of floor space, as well as custom fitted blinds. The Bedroom has a king sized bed with two bedside tables and you have lots of floor space, the roman blinds are also custom made. We have 1 x large walk in storage cupboard in the living room, as well as storage cupboards in the hallway. 5 mins walk to Victoria and Sloane Square stations and a 8 min walk to Pimlico station. Major works are nearing completion, all 3 lifts have been replaced, all front doors update to fire regulations, hallways painted and newly plastered. Neighbours are fantastic and we have a community feel in the block. The only reason we are looking to move is that we are over crowded and the kids (aged 4) are sharing our bedroom and we have run out of space as we live in a 1 bed flat! The pictures provided are pre-children as our flat now resembles Hamleys!
