its a nice clean bungalow , the market town is very nice and the market is there on a tuesday morning, ita only 15 mimunts from maplthorfe and sutton on sea, sgegness is about 17 miles away, so you have 3 beaches to go to, it has a grass front garden and the bungalow has a porch that you can site in and watch the world go by,the back garden is allso with grass with a small pplot the i grow veg in, there are solare lights that come on with movment, there is also a garen shed the has power and we have our small frezer in it and a dryer with garden tools, we have carpets down that where put down 12 months ago and window blinds that was fitted by hilerys blinds 12 months ago, gas heating, the back garden looks out over open fields and i had a gate put in so if you have pets you can go for a walk. the carpets and blinds will be left as thy wont fit anywhere else, thanks for looking and i hope you find a place,it also has a big wetroom
