new build bungalow

i live in a new build bungalow. it will be 3 years old come the end of november. it has 2 bedrooms, a large hallway, good kitchen, living room, decent bathroom and a nice garden. there is also front garden and communal space beyond that is used by 2 households only. there are 2 parking spaces for the property and always plenty of visitor parking. it is on the edge of a very small village that has both a pre school and a primary school. there is a local shop and a garage, also a doctors surgery. all within 5 mins walking distance. it is a very small family orientated modern estate. it is very peaceful here. i am looking for a 2 or 3 bed property. no mid terraced houses please. im looking for a garden that either matches the size of my current one or is ever so slightly bigger/smaller. the garden is the most important feature to me as i grow my own food so also sunshine information is welcomed. i have pics if there is anything you would like to know please feel free to contact me.
